5. Service Terms & Pricing
Diagnostic Fee: A $79 service call fee is required for all visits. This fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair if you proceed.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
Parts: We use high-quality, reliable parts. If a part must be ordered, we will provide an estimated timeline.
6. Limited Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed.
This warranty applies only to the components replaced and the labor associated with that specific repair. It does not cover new or unrelated appliance failures, misuse, or issues caused after the repair.
Warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day period.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CalOPPA)
As a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you or request its deletion. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Randu LLC, doing business as RandU Appliance, is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures unrelated to the performed repair.
Homeowners are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work area.
